See All ReviewsAbsolutely delicious food in a simple, welcoming environment. We knew we wanted to stop in Immokalee for lunch after a tour of the Corkscrew Swamp, and after researching the many well-rated options chose Juanita's. We are so glad we did! Staff were very friendly and patient with our unfamiliarity with some dishes on the menu. We had the house-made agua de jamaica and split a tlayuda al pastor for lunch; service was prompt, portions were huge, and we enjoyed relaxing in the laid-back cafeteria setting. We rounded out the order with two tortas de bistec to take for dinner. Freshly baked rolls were stuffed with steak, all the fixings, and were securely packaged with a side of homemade salsa verde for the trip home. They were so huge we ended up saving one for lunch the next day. We ended up paying about $50 pre-tip for two lunches & a dinner, an immense value. We will definitely make the trip out next time we're in the Fort Myers area!
Came to immokalee for work and wanted to get some tacos, basically a roll of the dice with how many Mexican restaurants there are around here. Hit the jack pot here! $3 tacos, with healthy portions of meat. Like mama wants to see you grow up big and strong. Got 3 pollo and 3 al pastor. Best part was the corn tortillas! Thick enough not to fall apart in your hands! Can’t remember the last time I had that. Chicken tacos were better than the pork in my opinion, pork had maybe a tad too much cumin I think it was for my liking, but still that’s nit-picky. Everything was delicious. Thank you Ivan for taking care of me today man! Tell mama she is the best!
Stopped in for an early lunch. Food was delicious and the service was great! Ordered the steak and pastor tacos along with a steak godita. They didn't have many hot sauce options but the waiter was very nice and there was also free chips and salsa. They accept credit/debit if you don't have cash. There was also plenty of seating as well. Menudo is available all week not just on Saturday and Sunday I will return to try it along with an agua fresca de tamarindo!
